Gym Set Up:
Kettlebells / Dumbbells (OG athletes, try to add 1 heavier piece of equipment)
1x Glute Band
1x Long Resistance Band
Hook / TRX Dupe / Pull-up Bar (anything up high that is STURDY and you can loop your band through)
Stable Surface (if you don't have a workout bench or box, your couch or bed will work!)
