Thank you! This challenge has been pure magic and has helped me believe in myself so dang much. When I started I thought, no way I was going to make it through 5 workouts a week. My consistency hasn't been perfect, but it's been so far beyond what I thought I could do. My squats are lower, my weights are higher, and I feel like I have a true community here <3

The mental exercise has been the biggest part of this challenge! I never gave up and have ALWAYS given up in the past. I'm proud of myself, but also really proud of all of you!!!
