Meal plans are great, until they aren't. While having go-to meals can be super helpful, feeling stuck eating the same thing over and over in order to reach your goals is restrictive and leads to binging.

Initial Coaching Session
Your relationship with food, dieting, eating preferences, health goals, and body composition goals are all unique to you. Your first 45-minute session with Olivia is a deep dive into everything about you, so she can get to know you and form your custom 6 week strategy.

Nutrition Coach in Your Pocket
Over the next 6-weeks, Olivia will be here to give you daily support and feedback! She'll provide you with feedback on meals, insight into grocery shopping and food prep, and most importantly emotional support (because as we all know, healthy nutrition is more about mindset than anything else).

Custom Weekly Programming
At the start of each week, Olivia will get you set up with the habits and nutrition choices you're going to prioritize! These are based completely around your needs, and what the right next step is to keep moving forward in your nutrition journey.

End-of-Week Calls
At the end of every week, you and Olivia will have an accountability catch up over FaceTime where you go over what went well the past 7 days! You'll get clear on what you want to keep crushing, and the areas you need to prioritize in order to feel your best in the week to come.
